-A Grassroots Movement Against Capital Punishment International Human Rights Activist, Andre Latallade, also known as Capital-"X" put together a cross-country walking campaign called “Walk 4 Life” in an attempt to bring awareness to the injustices of the death penalty. Capital ‘X’ began this “Walk 4 Life” campaign in Trenton, New Jersey (where the death penalty has recently been abolished) and continued until he reached the Governors mansion in Texas on May the 25th (which is approximately 1,700 miles). "X" is currently keeping himself busy by helping with the Jeff Wood case, appearing on news, and radio programs, (in hopes of educating EVERYONE on the injustice(s) of the Death Penalty), protesting the upcoming executions, and by going on "extensions" of his anti-death penalty walk in other cities and states.
